It such a wonderful and memorable experiece in Mumbai.



First time...

Travel to India.

Business Trip to participate in exhibition.

Explore the culture, food and living there.

Mumbai is the place where famous with BOLLYWOOD movie. And i do hope that i can meet Shah Rukh Khan having film shooting there. Haha. What a day dreaming i had. Yet i saw him. Is a pepsi commercial advertisement. This is the first photo taken while i reach Mumbai.



Terrible traffic jam there. All the driver keep going horn. I think is their culture, due to i saw some truck even show "HORN ME PLEASE".




Lots of the sellers along the street.



The place where some peoples sleep, cook, work there. Is their home.

 

There is one restaurant that i had visited few times during my stay. I like the environment, food and service there. Second time i had my dinner there, the waiter already know what i want. Mayve i'm the only Chinese girl there, so easier for them to remember me. ;) They serve normal Punjabi, Moghlai and Chinese food, which is different with what we have in Malaysia. You may try if you go Mumbai.

We took ferry to go Elephanta Island.



 

In front of the Cave Temple of Elepanta Island. We have to buy entrance ticket. And the price for Indian is different with foreigner. My Indian friend buy for me the ticket with normal price. But when we want to enter, the guard saw me and ask me to go buy for he foreigner ticket, which is much much expensive.

Elephanta Island have elephant? I didn't saw any elephant there. Maybe have it long long time ago. But now, lots of naughty monkey there. Beware of your belongings. And never ever give them any food or drink. Once they have it, others will come to snatch your belongings. They are smarter than you think.
